Wagner Roofing announced last month the appointment of Bob Kraft as president, Sergio Luise as vice president of Sales and Service and Sarah Reynolds as vice president of Finance and Accounting. The moves follow Dean Jagusch’s move from president to CEO of the 110-year-old, family-owned firm.
Jagusch also began a three-year term as a board member of the National Roofing Contractors Association.
“We have … the privilege of being a part of some incredibly noteworthy restoration projects, like the National Cathedral, to critical building infrastructure - whether commercial or residential,” Jagusch said in a July 28 news release.
“What sets us apart and contributes to our longevity and success is our people,” he added. “We are lucky to have a supportive and growth-oriented culture."
Bob Kraft joined Wagner Roofing in 2016 as a project manager and rose through the company ranks. In 2018, he was promoted to director of Commercial Contracting, and last year he moved into operations. He assumed the presidency in May 2024.
“I am committed to continuing the longstanding reputation of the Wagner family under Dean’s leadership and know what we need to do to be successful,” Kraft said. “I am looking forward to working alongside our people to drive the strategic vision for our family-run and people-first company’s future.” Kraft is the current president of the Mid-Atlantic Roofing Contractors Association and a graduate of the “Future Executives Institute,” a partnership program of the NRCA and the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.
Formerly the Director of Sales, Luise’s move to vice president of Sales and Service will enable him to continue Wagner’s vision while contributing to the overall growth, quality of work, team and company revenue, the company said.
“To be able to lead such an important division for the company — a company whose reputation of quality and trust for over a century — is truly a career milestone,” Luise said. “I can say through my career experience in this industry, there is a reason why we have become the standard of excellence in the area.”
Reynolds has been with Wagner Roofing since 2008, beginning as a receptionist before moving into an accounts receivable role. In 2015, she returned to graduate school to receive her Master of Accounting and has seen the company grow by nearly 300 percent during her 16 years at the firm.
A mother of three, Reynolds is an active member of the Maryland Chapter of National Women in Roofing and the Construction Financial Management Association.
